RugRatz party package

Any Age

Available Tuesday and Friday between 10am and latest finishing at 6pm

wednesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday 10am and latest finishing at 4.15pm

£13.50 Per Child

This includes

1hour and 30 minute of play time.

30 minutes in the party room for food.

Party Invitations! (to be collected from RugRatz Play Gym)

A dedicated Party Host to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Reserved seating in the play area for 6 adults.

As much Juice as the kids can drink!!

A mix of hot and cold food buffet.

Sandwiches - Ham, cheese spread and jam.

Cheese and Tomato Pizza

Cocktail sausages

Chicken nuggets

Chips

and selection of crisps

Plain Ice-cream for afters.

(Special dietary requirements need to be discussed with us)

Cake ceremony (cake not included)

Which we can then cut up and put in the party bags for you all ready to go.

Party Bags - paper bag, activity book, pencil and a sweet.

Hot Drinks for the Adults

£8.00 per jug

One jug of either Instant Coffee or Tea. will serve approximately 8 cups.

You can pre order these or just ask your party Host on the day!

Slush Puppy's

£0.50 per child

One small slush puppy will be served per child with their meal.

Please note that the slush puppy is served in a NON take away cup!

Can be pre ordered or have a chat with your Party Host on arrival.

Flake in the Ice-cream

£0.50 per child

One Flake per Ice-cream just to top it off!

Can be pre ordered or have a chat with your Party Host on arrival.

Extras in the party Bags

£1.00 per child

In addition to what was listed above you will also get the additional items

RugRatz VIP party

For £190 you get the whole venue to your self for 2 hours as well as juice for all the children.

5pm till 7pm

Party parent can have early access to set up and the café will be open for your guests to purchase hot and cold drinks as well as snacks, treats, ice creams, slush puppies etc.

Please note the following is not included;

Food - you are welcome to bring your own food but not drinks.

Party Bags

Birthday cake - we will happily cut and wrap this for you to go in your party bags.

Staff will be on hand to ensure health and safety is maintained within the play area, to assist you during your party and with cleaning up. They are not there to run your party for you or to do the cleaning up. It is the responsibility of the party parents to ensure the building is left how they found it.

all guests must be out by 7pm as staff are only paid on till a certain time and need to lock up after.
Extra time can be booked in advance at £30 per half hour.
