There is a one time administration cost of £2.00 when registering.
You will need:
- Complete the registration form. You can collect one from use or down load one at the bottom of the screen.
- A form of ID
- Ofsted registration certificate.
I adding an Assistant to your care we will also need ID for them as well.
Terms and conditions
- Forms of ID that we accept are Photo Driving licence (full or provisional) or current Passport.
- Only the named Registered Childminder on the card may use the card. Kids Go Bananas Staff may request to see ID when you present the card.
- The named Assistant MUST be accompanied with the named Registered Childminder on the card. Kids Go Bananas Staff may request to see ID for both the Assistant and named Registered Childminder when you present the card.
- The named Registered Childminder MUST remain on Kids Go Bananas premises at all times with the Assistant.
- No more the 6 children may accompany the named Registered Childminder.· No more than 12 children may accompany the named Registered Childminder and the named Assistant.
- This card entitles the named Registered Childminder to 20% of entry prices to Kids Go Bananas Only.
- There is no discount on food or drinks.
- The card cannot be used to gain reduced entry for any special events or groups such as, but not limited to, e.g. Halloween Party and Toddler Group.
- All normal Kids Go Bananas Rules of play still apply.
- If you cease being an Ofsted Registered Childminder you MUST stop using the card and hand it back to Kids Go Bananas or destroy it.
- Kids Go Bananas hold the right to alter, suspend or cancel the Childminder Card at any point without notice.
- Kids Go Bananas hold the right to retain card from person who ID does not match the named persons on the card or if we suspect that the named Registered Childminder is no longer Ofsted Registered.
- Kids Go Bananas holds the right to check the status of the Registered Childminders Ofsted Registration at any time, using the information provided to compare with the Ofsted website to verify they are indeed and remain Ofsted registered.
- Any alteration to your card such as changes of name/s or replacing a damaged card carry a cost of £2 for each new/replacement card.
- Any lost or stolen card MUST be reported to Kids Go Bananas and a new application made to obtain a new card. All administration charges will still apply.
- To renew you card you must come in with the Childminder Card and ID there is no need for your Ofsted Certificate. There is no administration charge for renewing a card.
- Kids Go Bananas hold the right to withdraw this offer or make any changes to the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and with out notice.
